Our History
In Chicago 1973, Columbus Meats Inc. was founded by two great friends: Alex Dervenis and Peter Zervas.
They opened their business in the famous Fulton Market District on Randolph St. and set their golden rule that lasts today - - provide the freshest, highest quality meats to Chicago's restaurants and food service industry with the best service.
Today, our commitment to our customers remains the same:

We provide fresh, frozen & portion-controlled cuts.
We offer fresh ground beef patties & bulk ground beef daily.
We specialize in hand-crafted sausages (Italian, Greek, pizza meat, chorizo, breakfast sausages) and custom-made sausages on request.
